Service Description

The virtual coaching session for equine assisted therapy is designed to assess the compatibility between the client and equine specialist. This session allows both parties to establish rapport, discuss goals, explore the therapeutic process, and determine if equine assisted therapy is the right fit for the client's needs. The session will be conducted through a secure virtual platform, ensuring privacy and convenience for both the client and equine specialist.

Cancellation Policy

In order to better serve our customers, we revised our cancellation policy as of January 1st, 2023. Your booking time has been set aside just for you. While we are aware that crises and other unforeseen circumstances do happen, SOOFA Ranch asks that you give us 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or postpone your appointment. If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before your planned time, there will be no refund given. With this cancellation policy in place, SOOFA Ranch is able to uphold its commitment to each of its clients to deliver high-quality service that is focused on their needs while also giving us the chance to wow a different client. We are eager to provide you and your family with wonderful equestrian experiences that are streamlined, united, and more accessible than before.
