Service Description

Personalized picnic just for you. Ride and Picnic experiences must be booked seven business days in advanced. This gives us proper time to make your experience a memorable one. Please see information below regarding the ride and picnic food options. With each option we provide you a personal reserved space decorated just for you. Maximum 6. Option #1: You will bring your own food and beverages. Please store food to keep fresh while you are on the trail. We have limited refrigerator space. The cost is 115.00 per person. Option #2: We will provide a dessert tray with an assortment of desserts and water, sparkling cider or lemonade. The cost is $135.00 per person. Option #3: We will provide lunch. Lunch consist of a sandwich and a side OR a charcuterie board (meat, cheese and fruit tray) dessert and water, sparkling cider or lemonade is also provided. This option is for a maximum of 2 guest. The cost is $150.00 per person. NOTE: You are welcome to have food catered or delivered however food must be package as an individual lunch for each person; no family style. Food must arrive the day of your ride at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled ride. Please make sure the food is labeled with a name and contact phone number. Food must be packaged to keep fresh while you are on your trail ride as we have limited refrigerator space.

Cancelation Policy

In order to better serve our customers, we revised our cancellation policy as of January 1st, 2023. Your booking time has been set aside just for you. While we are aware that crises and other unforeseen circumstances do happen, SOOFA Ranch asks that you give us 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or postpone your appointment. If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before your planned time, there will be no refund given. With this cancellation policy in place, SOOFA Ranch is able to uphold its commitment to each of its clients to deliver high-quality service that is focused on their needs while also giving us the chance to wow a different client. We are eager to provide you and your family with wonderful equestrian experiences that are streamlined, united, and more accessible than before.
